This prize awards the entrepreneur whose business plan is the most profitable and efficient to undertake challenges, meet populations needs and the most likely to carry positive and concrete changes to Africa.
Through this prize, the partners of the ARA aim to highlight the commitments skills of an entrepreneur from Africa or its Diaspora. They also reward his initiative and contribution to the promotion of entrepreneurship, a decisive lever for Africa’s development.
- The Award for Women’s Entrepreneurship
This prize awards a women’s entrepreneurship project, raising its exemplary qualities favouring the transition towards a more viable and sustainable economic model in Africa. The jury intends to felicitate and encourage the dynamism and leadership of African women, carrying innovative, visionary and sustainable projects.
- The Diaspora Award
This prize rewards an entrepreneur whose start-up provides exemplary qualities for the transition towards a more viable and sustainable economic model in Africa.
Through that prize, the jury encourages the initiatives of entrepreneurs from worldwide African Diaspora committed to bring innovation to their home continent and share their expertise with local people.
- The Jury Prize, awarded by Société d’Encouragement pour l’Industrie Nationale
The French Société d’Encouragement pour l’Industrie Nationale (SEIN) rewards the exemplary quality of an African (or from the Diaspora). The SEIN aims to highlight the winner’s potential and its contribution to the transition towards a viable and sustainable development in Africa.
